Any non profit group or organisation that engages volunteers can take part in the Irish Volunteering Index for free.
What do we ask of you?
The only thing we ask is that you share the survey link with your volunteers while the survey is running. You'll receive a ready-to-use communications toolbox with image and text material for social media, banners and prepared news items. We'll walk you through everything during an online kick-off webinar.
What insights can you expect?
Based on the data from the report, you'll gain insight into the profile of your volunteers.
What motivates them, and what frustrates them? How satisfied are they with your organisation and the feedback they receive on their contribution? How strong is their involvement and sense of belonging? What improvements do they see for your organisation, and what do they need to stay engaged or keep their membership?
What you'll receive
- A communications kit with templates for different channels, online and offline
- The national report of the Irish Volunteering Index with results and conclusions
- The processed data for your organisation in an accessible Excel overview
- If at least 200 people that volunteer with your organisation take part, a confidential report with the results specific to your organisation
On top of this, you'll receive a benchmark of results across Ireland, giving you a clear view of how your organisation compares to others nationwide.
